You see it everywhere: high-protein diets, shakes, bars, and even protein water. But here\u2019s the truth: <strong>too much of it can harm your body<\/strong>, and most people don\u2019t even know it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yes<\/strong>, protein is important. It helps build muscles, repair tissues, and keep your body strong. But that does <em>not<\/em> mean more equals better health. In fact, abusing protein\u2014taking far more than your body needs\u2014can lead to serious problems.<br><br><strong>NO<\/strong>, your favorite <strong>chicken <\/strong>is not helping you get healthy at all! Your Kidneys Take the Biggest Hit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your kidneys work like filters. They clean your blood and remove waste. When you eat too much protein, your kidneys must work extra hard. Over time, this stress can weaken them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doctors warn that very high-protein diets can raise the risk of <strong>kidney stones<\/strong>, <strong>kidney disease<\/strong>, and dehydration. Even if you\u2019re young and healthy now, pushing your kidneys for years can cause trouble later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Your Body Loses Balance<\/strong> due to protein overdose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A healthy body needs balance\u2014protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, and minerals. Protein abuse destroys this balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When someone eats too much protein, they often cut back on carbs and healthy fats. But carbs are your body\u2019s main source of energy. Without enough carbs, you may feel tired, dizzy, or cranky. Your workouts may also get worse because your muscles rely on carbs for fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diet overloaded with protein can also cause <strong>vitamin shortages<\/strong>, especially fiber, which keeps digestion smooth. Many people on extreme diets suffer from constipation, bloating, and stomach discomfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. That chicken or meat you adore may be the dirtiest in quality, loaded with anti-biotics and growth hormone. all cancer causing agents! You may be eating the <strong>thick flesh of an emotionally sick dead animal!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Balance Beats Extremes\u2014Every Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Protein is good. But too much? No. <br><br>You don\u2019t need giant protein shakes, <a href=\"https:\/\/vimalmohan.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/18\/10-fat-loss-mistakes-that-are-keeping-you-overweight\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"10 Fat Loss Mistakes That Are Keeping You Overweight\">extreme diets<\/a>, or huge amounts of meat to be healthy.
