The lazy ones say
\u201cWhat a long day!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The busy ones say
\u201cWhat a short day!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I say it\u2019s neither short nor long
For both are terribly wrong<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lazy ones never find a way
To use the whole day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The busy ones will surely work out a way
To spend the whole day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whatever people may say
It\u2019s always a 24 hour day.

This is a story about four people named
Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody\u2019s job.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Everybody thought Anybody could do it,
but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn\u2019t do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody
when Nobody did what Anybody could have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man comes into this world without his consent and leaves it against his will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On earth he is misjudged and misunderstood:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In infancy, he is an angel, in boyhood, he is a devil, in manhood he is a fool.
If he has a wife and a family, he is a champion.
If he is a bachelor, he is inhuman and mean.
If he enters a public house, he is a drunkard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If he steps out, he is temperance, fanatic and miser.
If he is poor, he has no brains.
If he is rich, he has all the luck in the world and he is a crook.
If he has brains, he is considered too smart.
If he goes to church, he is a hypocrite. If he stays away, he is sinful.
If he gives to charity or does a good turn, it is for advertisement.
If he does not, he is stingy and mean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When he comes into this world, everyone wants to kiss him.
Before he goes out of this world everyone wants to kick him.
If he dies young, there was great future for him.
If he lives to a ripe old age, everybody hopes he has made a will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is therefore impossible to please everyone, so do your duty and be fearless.
Use your own common sense and if ever you make a mistake, it is better than doing nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keep smiling, as nobody wants to hear about your troubles.
They have wagon loads of their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
